Established in 1997 Stayclean has always been a family run window cleaning business. Therefore our priority has always been customer service. Our first vehicle was an MK2 Red ford fiesta with a roof rack and ladders, but things have vastly moved on from there!
Because we are a local business, many of our clients are also our neighbors. This means that our reputation has grown throughout the city. We started very locally in Stoke Bishop, Sea Mills and Westbury-on-Trym but we now do commercial window cleaning throughout the City of Bristol and are now gradually expanding into the City of Bath.
We are often told by our clients that they initially had a cheaper window cleaner but they stopped coming. Often the reason for this is that they put in a cheap price to get the work but soon realize they have under quoted and prioritize better-paid jobs. The other end of the scale is that inexperienced window cleaners take longer and therefore charge more to get the job done. Because we have so many clients and so much experience we can always offer a realistic quote.

High Rise Window Cleaning
Health and Safety should always be the first consideration when undergoing any work at height. Because of this, water fed poles are by far the most popular choice for cleaning windows up to heights of 70 feet. The benefits are many. Pure water technology cleans the glass and frames in one operation from the safety of the ground by one operative. As a result, trees and lamposts pose fewer access problems to those of MEWPS (Cherry Pickers). Overhanging obstructions can restrict the cleaning of some windows which can often overcome by cleaning from the inside.
MEWPS (mobile elevating work platforms), or cherry pickers as they are more commonly known, offer a variety of choice when it comes to cleaning windows. There are occasions when windows cannot be accessed by water fed poles for various reasons. The most obvious reason is heights over 70 feet. However, they also enable us to clean windows in otherwise inaccessible areas. One type of MEWP is a Scissor Lift. These are useful for all application types which need a vertical lift and do not require outreach. Articulating boom lift platforms allow us to work in really hard to reach areas or at heights up to 130 feet. These lifts allow for users to access small areas and confined spaces. A really useful MEWP is a spider lift. These are on tracks and can go over ground that wouldn’t be possible for other MEWPS. One of the greatest uses in high rise internal window cleaning. This is because they can compact to a size that is small enough to go through a standard door size!
